Information from Your Interactions with the AI Coach

Your conversations with the Elayne Fluker AI Coach are processed and stored by Delphi (the AI platform that powers the coach). Conversation content is used to provide you with personalized coaching responses. Conversation data is subject to Delphi's privacy practices, available at https://www.delphi.ai/privacy.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit elaynefluker.coach, we may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and time spent on pages
  • Referring website

This is collected through standard web analytics tools and used in aggregate to understand site usage. We do not use this information to identify individual users beyond your subscription account.

2. How We Use Your Information

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Conversation content stored by Delphi is retained according to Delphi's data retention practices.

If you cancel your subscription and request deletion of your data, we will delete your account information within 30 days, subject to retention requirements imposed by law.

10. International Data Transfers

If you access the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers and central databases are located. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
